Return & Cancellation Policy

Please read our return and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of logistics and product handling, returns and cancellations are strictly regulated as outlined below.

2. No Return Without Valid Reason

If the correct product (as ordered) is delivered, it cannot be returned or canceled. We do not accept returns based on preference or change of mind.

3. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Modified or Canceled

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed under any circumstances.

4. Product Mismatch or Damage

In the rare case of a wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with proof (images/videos). We will investigate and arrange for a suitable solution.

5. Refused Delivery or Return By User

If you refuse to receive a parcel or send it back without valid reason, you must pay the full delivery charge regardless of the product’s status.

6. Account Termination for Violations

If you cancel or reject a correctly shipped product, your account may be permanently terminated, and you will be required to pay the delivery charge—whether or not you received the parcel.
